Reflective tape is ideal for bird control just about anywhere. It's non-sticky (more like ribbon) and can be tied off in streamers or suspended clothesline fashion, or however you choose.

The slightest breeze causes the highly reflective bird tape to emit a crackling sound and flash with mirror bright reflections, annoying the bravest of pest birds.
