Band Blades, Serrated or Straight Edge
	Our band blades are packaged for safe handling. Each blade is compacted and bound with a wire tie, then packed into an individual box for safe handling and storage. Blades are available in singles, or in 10-packs for volume pricing (10% discount on purchase of 10+ blades).

Serrated Edge Blades
	Scallop and wavy band blades are the standard of the baby greens and spinach industry. An extremely sharp edge makes them the perfect choice for a surgical cut.

Straight Edge Blades
	Straight edge band blades can be sharpened, and are ideal for cutting full head lettuce underground or at soil level.

Herbex Blades
The very aggressive Herbex blade is used with Ortomec's Herbex cutting head system for underground cutting of crops like mache and spinach.

Harvester Product Belts All of our harvester product belts are USDA approved, food grade certified polyurethane.
		Smooth Product Belts Our smooth product belts are ideal for baby lettuce and spinach harvesting. Single-ply design allows the belt to be run very close to the ground. This enables a very low cut for baby leaf products. Smooth product belts are available in over 15 sizes for nearly any harvester.
		Textured Product Belts Textured product belts are specially designed with a diamond dimple pattern to prevent wet product from slipping down the belt. This 2-ply belt is stiffer and thicker than smooth, single-ply belts. Special limited-shrink material makes textured belts the preferred product belt for nearly any harvester. Over 15 sizes available.
Special Ortomec Harvester Belts
		Ortomec's unique, patented finger-belt combines with the Herbex cutting head system for harvest of full head crops. Flexible fingers imbedded in the belt gently grip heads to prevent their rolling off the belt.
		Ortomec's Green Line System uses special belting to aid in bunching and gathering product. Green line belts can be replaced individually as they wear out and become unusable.
		Green line crowders can be used in conjunction with Ortomec's Green Line System to aid in gathering full heads into the belt channels.
		The shaker table belt is used with Ortomec's shaker table system for removal of half-cut leaves and cotyledons. The shaker belt is made of food grade plastic and stainless steel pins. 1-inch gaps are large enough for most unwanted debris to fall through for disposal.
Harvester conveyor belts are available in a variety of sizes and styles.
