| Growers looking for an inexpensive alternative to large precision seeders like Stanhay and Gaspardo can now turn to the Clean Seeder AP (for small seed) and Clean Seeder TP (for large seed) . |
| The Clean Seeder AP, is ideal for planting small seeds including vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Both single-line and multi-line AP models are available in push planter and tool bar mounted styles in a variety of configurations to suit practically any small seed planting situation. |
Clean Seeder AP single-row and double row push planters are pictured above with Sutton Ag's exclusive chromium shoe and specially modified coverer. Up to 4 Clean Seeder AP rows can be mounted into a single push planter unit; practically any number of rows can be mounted onto a tool bar for larger, tractor-drawn planters.

| The Clean Seeder AP features a unique seed metering system that allows you to plant a wide variety of small vegetable seeds with a wide range of seed spacing. At the heart of the metering system is the seed metering wheel. Cells in the wheel hold seed in place. As the wheel rotates, seeds are singulated into the cells, then carried past the repeller brush and dropped into the planting shoe/ground opener. Our exclusive chromium shoe opens a very narrow trough in the soil which allows seeds to be planted at an accurate depth in a very straight line. Our specially modified soil coverer smoothes the disturbed soil back over the planted seed line, leaving a neat and level bed. |

Versatile:
The Clean Seeder AP metering system is specially designed to plant a very small amount of seed, but can also handle a large amount of seed. The standard hopper can hold about 2 pounds of seed, and has a very narrow channel between the seed wheel and seed pickup area which allows for planting very small amounts of seed (ideal when seed quantity is limited), without restricting the flow of larger volumes of seed. |
Innovative:
A removable seed-sizing lid covers the Clean Seeder AP's hopper. Cells molded into lid are matched to cells molded into seed metering wheels. Handy letter code listed on lid corresponds to letter code listed on seed wheel. Checking seed level and observing seeding operation is a breeze thanks to the Clean Seeder's durable, clear plastic seed hopper.
Easy:
The Clean Seeder hopper is simple to remove without any tools allowing for easy seed clean-out and quick seed changes. Seed metering wheels and sprockets can be removed and reinstalled without any tools for easy seed changes or seed spacing adjustments.

Smart:
The Clean Seeder AP's durable plastic seed wheels have molded seed-cells of various sizes and quantities. The shape and size of the cell is matched to the seed size. The number of cells in the seed wheel determines seed spacing. A wide variety of inexpensive seed wheels is available allowing for planting of practically any small seed crop.
The AP metering unit is driven by the front wheel of the planter. Drive is transferred via chain to an 11-spacing transmission.
Five sprockets (included) can be paired in different combinations. By pairing the sprockets in different combos and choosing different seed wheels, any seed spacing between 3/4-inch and 10-inches can be achieved (exact spacing depends on sprocket pair and number of cells in seed wheel).

Specialized:
Exclusive to Sutton Ag's Clean Seeder AP is our chromium shoe, which opens a narrower trough than the wider ground-openers standard on comparable seeders. Combined with our modified adjustable soil coverer, your planted seed lines are left very straight with consistently level soil. |
