Netting is a highly effective means of bird control. By excluding pest birds from your crop, you can significantly reduce crop losses. Bird Control Netting can be applied most efficiently in full rolls, but can also be cut into shorter lengths for application by hand, or wrapped onto spools for machine application.

Our PREMIUM GRADE BIRD NET is made of black colored polypropylene with a 3/4 inch mesh. Premium bird net can be reused for several years (approximately 2.3#MSF).

Full rolls of bird net are most often used for bird control in vineyards.
Shorter lengths and narrower widths of Premium Bird Net are also available.
We offer standard cut lengths and custom cut lengths, and we stock a narrower roll for covering just fruit-zone areas. Additionally, we can cut through a whole roll of Premium Bird Net to give you practically any desired width under 14-feet (requires full roll purchase, see "Fruit Zone Bird Net" below).

Full rolls of bird net are shipped via LTL truck (cannot ship via UPS Ground Service).

	CUT ROLLS

Cut rolls of bird net can ship via UPS Ground Service.
Pieces longer than 200-feet are shipped UPS Oversize and subject to dimensional weight rates.
Cut rolls are easiest to handle in vineyard netting application, and are ideal for other crops (blueberries, fruit trees, etc.).

Bird net is a seasonal bird control item and choices may be limited to stock on hand (especially cut bird net pieces and KnitNet).

FRUIT ZONE BIRDNET
("fruit zone netting" or "side netting")
Used in vineyard netting applications for many years, fruit-zone netting/side-netting (cross-cut bird net) is not new to bird control, but it is growing in popularity. By netting just your fruit-zone areas, you can spend less on BirdNet, shipping charges, and installation time and labor.

Our Premium Grade BirdNet (black, 3/4" mesh) can be cross-cut/parted into narrower widths for fruit zone netting/side netting. We stock a 5,000-foot long roll of Premium BirdNet cross-cut at 3.5 feet (42 inches wide). Alternate widths are available with purchase of entire roll (cross-cut service not available for Knit-Net).

Fruit Zone bird net rolls wider or narrower than our stock roll are available with purchase of entire roll of Premium Bird Net (add $19.50 per cut).
3.5-foot stock rolls weigh about 50 lbs and are shippable via UPS Ground Service or LTL truck.
Fruit zone/cross cut rolls are easier to handle than full rolls, and are ideal in vineyard netting application.

KNIT-NET is a knitted type plastic net and comes bundled (not wrapped on core like premium bird net). Its 17-foot width makes Knit Net ideal for bird control in vineyards where our 14-foot wide bird net isn't quite wide enough to envelop bushy vines.

With our Fruit-Zone Bird Net Applicator, you can efficiently apply your fruit zone netting/side netting. Each Applicator comes with 2 payout spindles, a 44" tool bar, and your choice of hitch. Spindles have brakes to prevent net roll from freewheeling. Adjustable for 6', 8', and 10' row spacing.

Bird Net Applicators are ideal for use with our standard 3.5-foot wide FruitZone rolls, but can handle narrower rolls, and rolls up to about 4.5-feet wide (about 56-inches maximum).

Bird Net Spools
Bird Net can be pre-spooled for machine application. Empty spools can be used to retrieve and store your bird net at the end of the season. $57.50/spool.

Bird Net Spools will hold about 1,000 linear feet of 14' wide premium bird net (weight: ~60 lbs).

Bird Net Clips & Paper Twist'ems

BirdNet Clips (plastic)
$5.65/strip of 500. Similar to bread clips.

Clips and Twist'ems are easy, inexpensive options for attaching bird net during installation.

7-inch Paper Twist'ems
$1.50/bundle of 500. Similar to regular wire type twist-ties but covered with paper instead of plastic.

Cross-Cut Bird Net Service:
We can cross-cut a full 14-foot wide roll of Premium Grade Bird Net to your specifications. We offer a stock cross-cut roll at 3.5 feet wide x 5,000 feet long. Non-stock widths require purchase of full 14-foot wide roll. Service available for Premium Bird Net only (not available for Knit Net). $19.50/cut.

Bird Net Spooling Service:
We can pre-spool your bird net for easier handling. $25/spool (spools & netting sold separately)
