• Pyrotechnic bird control devices (Bird Bombs®, Bird Whistlers®, Shell Crackers) purchased from Sutton Agricultural Enterprises, Inc. are to be used for bird control and wildlife pest control only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

• You must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations before purchasing any pyrotechnic devices from Sutton Agricultural Enterprises, Inc.

• User's Declaration of Use must be completed and on file with Sutton Agricultural Enterprises, Inc. before purchase of pyrotechnic bird control devices. This Declaration (and all sales records) will remain on file with Sutton Ag, and will be available for periodic or specific inspection by Federal, State, and Local Fire Authorities, the U.S.B.A.T.F., and the U.S.D.O.T. Declaration form is available upon request from Sutton Ag.

• The buyer(s) and user(s) of pyrotechnic bird control devices must be qualified personnel 21 years of age or older.
